Registration fees
Registration fees include
- all sessions, symposia, special lectures and workshops from Tuesday, May 24 until Saturday, May 28, 2022.
- Welcome party on Tuesday, May 24
- all coffee breaks throughout the meeting
- Lunch catering on site on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday
- Evening snacks and drinks @posters on Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday
- Dinner at local restaurants on Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday
- Goodbye party on Saturday, May 28
Registration fees
- Regular participant: Early registration (until April 5, 2022): € 535,- After April 5, 2022: € 680,-
- Student participant: Early registration (until April 5, 2022): € 350,- After April 5, 2022: € 495,-
Cancellations
- Conference Registration: Cancellations are free of charge until April 1, 2022. For cancellations between April 2 and May 15 a cancellation fee € 100,- well be deducted from the reimbursement. Registration fees cannot be reimbursed after May 15.
- Booked housing: Cancellations need to be addressed directly to Alpbach Tourismus GmbH (bettina.hechenberger@alpbach.at) and are free of charge until April 4th, 2022. Thereafter cancellation fees apply.
